In the following agreement, the party who is granting the right to use the licensed property will be referred to as "ZIP", and the party who is receiving the right to use the licensed property will be referred to as "licensee".

Story set included in this license will be referred to as "T-STORIES".

1. Grant of License. ZIP owns and distributes T-STORIES. In accordance with this agreement, ZIP grants Licensee a non-exclusive website(s) license to distribute T-STORIES on their website(s). ZIP retains the ownership of the T-STORIES. Licensee agrees not sell or distribute the T-STORIES via any physical method such as diskette, CD-Rom, paper printing, or any other technology not specifically named in this document with additional permission and payment of additional fees. This also prohibits posting samples on the newsgroups. Licensee may not alter the T-STORIES to make them appear to be the copyrighted property of anyone other than ZIP. Small URL's and other text may be added to the text stories for the purposes of promotion. You may rename files. Editing the files to remove logo(s) is allowed. Editing the files to make them more suitable to your usage is allowed. Licensee is NOT licensed to rent, lease, transfer, network, reprise display, or distribute the T-STORIES, except as specifically provided above. Licensee acknowledges that unauthorized reproduction of copies of the T-STORIES may constitute a serious crime, and that such actions may result in a suit for damages, injunctive relief, and attorney's fees, pursuant to this agreement and to other rights that the ZIP may have.

2. Payment of royalties. Licensee will pay a one time fee to ZIPContent that allows him or her to display the T-STORIES on all of the website(s) he owns and operates.

3. Revocation of License. ZIP may revoke the license in the event that the Licensee violates any of the stipulations included in this agreement. I the licensee goes bankrupt, the license is automatically revoked. Involuntary revocation of the license does not entitle the Licensee to any refund of payment(s) made.

4. A fee of $50.00 is required to transfer the licensee's interest to another party. The agreement will be held binding on any successors.

5. Entire Agreement. This agreement contains the entire agreement of the parties and there are no other promises or conditions in any other agreement whether oral or written.

6. Modifications. Besides those already set forth in this agreement, no modifications may be made without the written permission of ZIP.

7. Amendment. This agreement can be modified by only the ZIP and the amendment will be sent to licensee in writing or through e-mail.

8. Severability. If any provision in the agreement is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue valid and enforceable.

9. Waiver of Contractual Right. The failure of either party to enforce any provision of this agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of or limitation of that party's right to subsequently enforce and compel strict compliance with every provision of this agreement.

10. Application of Law. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Licensee holds author of T-STORIES and ZIPContent.com harmless for issues related to the distribution of the material as it relates to community standards and adult entertainment law(s) as set forth in any city/county, state, or country of Licensee and their website(s). ZIP does not warrant this material to be acceptable in your community, and Licensee assumes full responsibility for determining what text stories are suitable for distribution. ZIP warrants the text stories are fully copyrighted or copyrights applied for, and this license warrants these text stories free of intellectual property violations only. Licensor: ZIP

By filling out below the licensee certifies that he/she received what he/she paid for and that he/she has downloaded a full copy of T-STORIES for use on his/her website.
