If for any reason you are not satisfied with part or all of your oder, let us know within 10 days of your purchase and we will exchange your content set(s) or refund the amount of purchase on your credit card.

In the event of an exchange or refund, the license associated to the picture set(s) will be cancelled and you will not have the right to use any of the respective images and/or content.

Also keep in mind that if the content has already been used, we will NOT refund your order. Once you place an order, make sure to check it out and let us know if you want to have your content exchanged or refunded BEFORE you use it on your site(s). Our guarantee assures that your shopping experience at ZIPContent is 100% risk-free; here are the rules in brief:
