Where do I login to access my order?
Just follow this link. Make sure to have your order number handy. You can also access this page anytime by clicking on "Your Order" on the main menu.

I get an error when I try to open my ZIP file?
Most of the time this occurs if the download timed out during the transfer. Just download the zip file again, that should fix the problem. We test each zip file ourselves to make sure that they are all working properly.

Do I have to send you back a copy of the license?
No, after your order is placed and you have downloaded your content, you will be prompted to fill out the license agreement online. Once it is filled, you will get a copy with your certification number. We will automatically have a copy of your certified license in our records. Make sure you keep your certification number handy when you want to change any of the information provided on the license.

I received an error after my credit card was approved?
If you get an error after placing your order, simply send an e-mail to support@zipcontent.com. We will fix the error and make sure you get exactly what you ordered without delay.

I want to buy some sets, but don't have a credit card?
We only accept credit cards because it is currently the only way we can prove that you are over the age of 18. If you would like to purchase by other means of payment, please e-mail us and we will try to work something out.

Will my credit card be re-billed?
No, all our picture, video clips and erotic story sets are only charged once. You will never be rebilled.

I need to make a change on my license agreement?
Not a problem, send over an e-mail with the changes you would like to make. Please make sure to include your order number, name, e-mail address and titles that you have licensed.

When can I start using the content on my site?
As soon as you place your order and download your zip file, you can start using the content on your site.
How do I open a ZIP file?
To open a zip file, you need a program called WinZip, you can dowload it here. We try to keep the downloads fairly small and it should only take a couple of minutes on high speed connections.
How long is my license agreement valid for?
The license agreement is valid for life. The price you pay is a one time fee for a lifetime license for all your adult site(s).
Can I get an extension on your special offer?
If the special offer is over and the information page is no longer accessible, you can no longer take advantage of the offer. We keep the special offers up long enough to give everyone an even chance.
Do you offer special license for print or other use?
Sorry, at the moment our licenses are strictly for web use only. We do not offer a special license for additional uses at the moment.
How often do you put up new content?
We put up content as it becomes available. We recommend you subscribe to our free updates newsletter to stay informed on new content as soon as it goes up. You can also check out the "What's New?" info on our main content page for a list of recent updates.

:: QUESTIONS REGARDING OUR CONTENT
Can I use the pictures for logos and banners?
Yes, there is no extra charge. You can use them for anything you like as long as they are viewed from your website. You can't however, resell, trade or distribute them to webmasters.
Can I offer your content in my sponsor/affiliate program?
You are not permitted to hand out our content to webmasters or members of your sponsor and/or partnership programs. We do not offer a license that covers that type of use at this moment.
I was interested in a set, but it's not there anymore?
We remove picture sets once a certain number of copies have been sold of a perticular set. Any given picture set can be removed at anytime. Some sets do comeback for another run depending on it's demand.
Can I use pictures on more than one website?
Yes. Each license is valid for unlimited domains, as long as they are owned and operated by the licensee. You must provide the name of one domain on the license agreement for our records, you can change the URL on the license for free at any time by sending us an e-mail!
Can I place any text on the pictures?
Yes, you can place any kind of text or URL you like as long as you don't claim ownership of the pictures. No mentions of Copyright is permitted.
Can I make any edits to the stories?
Yes, you can make any edits you like to our text stories, including names of characters to fit with the theme of your website.
Do you guys offer any custom shoots or artwork?
Sorry, we are not offering any custom services at the moment. If you are interested in exclusive custom content, we recommend you check out the custom providers listed on CozyFrog.
